As an accredited Master Builder with over 15 years of experience delivering architecturally designed homes across Sydney’s Lower North Shore, Mike has built lasting relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trades. He leads a dynamic, detail-oriented team that takes pride in respectful service, excellent workmanship, and spotless job sites.
Growing up on the Lower North Shore and now raising his own family on the Northern Beaches, Mike understands what makes a home work—and last—in this part of Sydney. His local knowledge, long-standing relationships with trusted suppliers and subcontractors, and genuine connection to the community help ensure each build runs smoothly.
When he’s not on site, you’ll find Mike in his workshop with his dog, crafting custom furniture for his home and the people he loves.

Liam’s journey with Boedel Construction began as Mike’s apprentice, where he quickly proved himself as a reliable, detail-driven craftsman.
Raised on Sydney’s North Shore, Liam has always had a strong connection to the local community and its architectural character.
After completing his apprenticeship, he honed his skills working as a carpenter for several years, gaining valuable, hands-on experience across a range of residential projects.
Today, as our project manager and site foreman, Liam draws on that deep technical foundation to oversee every aspect of the build.
From coordinating trades and suppliers to keeping timelines sharp and standards even sharper, he’s the calm and capable presence that clients trust.
His friendly nature, clear communication, and thorough understanding of the building process make him a favourite among homeowners and trades alike.
Whether smoothing out schedules or ensuring each finish meets our high standards, Liam brings integrity, expertise, and quiet leadership to every job.
